Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed with mensitioned days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; PrimeChoice has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Damages: PrimeChoice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
